Stay tuned for the start of the Back to School Madness. I visit my classroom every couple of days to feed my fish and drop off the latest gems from Dollar Tree and Target, but that's about it. Last summer I was so motivated to get in there and clean and organize... this summer...not so much. I kept it fairly organized throughout the year, but more than a few spaces need some love.
I am currently reading many first grade blogs (there are so many awesome teachers out there :)) and four different professional books in order to start the year both prepared and inspired! It's kinda working. Ha! :) Truly...I am currently a wee bit excited about the year to come...looking forward to some new ideas and units, but am mostly feeling overwhelmed and under-motivated. Hopefully the drive hits me come August 1st! Ready or not...here it comes!
